Venture PR is delighted to announce that one of their flagship projects, the Worcestershire Literary Festival, has been nominated for an award in the Best Festival and Events category in the 2012 Worcestershire Welcome Awards.

The festival will take place for the third time in June 2013 and launched very successfully in 2011 across the county of Worcestershire with over 100 events taking place. 

The festival also launched a scheme to find a Poet Laureate for Worcestershire, a post which has now become a yearly event.
 

The Worcestershire Literary Festival will find out if it has won the prestigious award at a star studded ceremony that will take place on Thursday 18th October at Worcester Warriors Rugby Club, which is part of the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce’s Worcester Business Expo Event.
